Florida! The very name charms the visitor. It's America's subtropical paradise, a vacationing traveler's cornucopia of sights and activities, running the gamut from powder beaches to luxury resorts to enthralling family-oriented entertainment to the out-of-the-way quiet spaces. Whatever you want in a vacation, long or short, Florida has it.
Fall in Florida: Lower humidity and pleasant temps. Our hurricane season is over and our dry season commences. This is actually the best time to get out and do things. The weather is balmy, humidity low and odds of those afternoon rains low as well. Travel/tourism venues are happy to see us too, and bargains are plentiful.
